We are writing to remind you that the operation hours for RMA department will be adjusted as follow during Lunar New Year.

※The RMA receiving and dispatching will be suspended from February 8th (Mon.) 12:00 PM to February 09th (Tue.), 2021.
※The RMA receiving and dispatching and Customer service department will be suspended from February 10th (Wed.) to February 16th (Tue.), 2021.

The business service for promotion approval, customer services, and RMA application will resume on February 17th (Wed.), 2021.
