it's very competitive indeed with excellent ripple suppression and very good voltage stability. EVGA threw lots of extras into the package, not the least of which is an above average five year warranty. If you're looking at one, go ahead and buy one.

Overall, EVGA is up to the task and has built one heck of a nice power supply with the SuperNOVA 1000 G1.
